Variety that keeps your mind engaged and body challenged
Unlike studios that offer the same class format every session, our rotating specialty model means each Fusion Fit class focuses on one specific combination: Reformer + Barre, Reformer + Jumpboard, Reformer + Mat, or Reformer + HIIT.
The Rotation Edge:
The rotation keeps your body challenged and your mind engaged. One week you might take a
Reformer + Barre to sculpt and lengthen.
Reformer + Jumpboard for exhilaration without knee stress.
Reformer + HIIT to boost metabolic capacity.
Reformer + Mat for core strength, control, and mobility.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Reformer Full Body Sculpt.
Q: How does the specialty rotation schedule work?
Our online booking system shows which fusion combination each class features—Reformer + Barre, Reformer + Jumpboard, or Reformer + HIIT. The specialties rotate throughout the week, so you can choose to focus on one type you love or mix all three for complete variety. Some clients prefer the sculpting work of Barre fusion, others crave the cardio rush of Jumpboard, while some seek the metabolic challenge of HIIT intervals. You can build your weekly schedule around the combinations that match your goals.
Q: Do I need dance experience for the Barre fusion classes?
Not at all. While the movements are inspired by ballet, you don't need any dance background. Your instructor will teach you the positions and movements, and the small class size of 4 means you'll receive individual attention to learn proper form. Many clients with zero dance experience find Barre fusion becomes their favorite specialty.
Q: Is Jumpboard safe for my knees?
Jumpboard is actually one of the most joint-friendly forms of cardiovascular training available. Unlike running or traditional plyometrics where you land on hard ground, the Reformer's springs absorb impact and control your landing. The carriage glides beneath you, creating a rebound effect similar to a mini trampoline but with adjustable resistance. Many clients with knee issues find they can do Jumpboard work when traditional jumping exercises are off-limits. Your instructor will ensure your springs are set appropriately for your body and fitness level.
Q: I've never done HIIT training—will I be able to keep up?
HIIT fusion is designed to be scalable to your current fitness level. The intervals are structured with work and rest periods, and your instructor will provide modifications for both intensity and range of motion. With only 4 clients in class, your instructor can ensure you're working at an appropriate level—challenging yourself without exceeding your capacity. First-time HIIT participants often surprise themselves with what they can do when the spring resistance supports their movement.
Q: How is this different from regular Reformer Pilates?
Traditional Reformer Pilates typically focuses on controlled, precise movements at a moderate pace. Reformer Fusion Fit maintains that precision and control but adds energy, variety, and cardiovascular challenge by integrating Barre, Jumpboard, or HIIT elements. You'll work at a faster pace, your heart rate will elevate more, and the fusion components create a more dynamic athletic experience while still protecting your joints through the Reformer's spring system.
