Group Classes, Redefined
At EZiPilates, group classes mean something different. With a maximum of 4-6 clients per session, you receive personalized attention that most studios simply cannot provide. Your instructor sees your form, offers real-time corrections, and modifies exercises to match your body's needs—even in a group setting.
We offer two distinct Reformer classes designed for different goals and energy preferences. Both classes welcome all fitness levels, use the same high-quality equipment, and are taught by STOTT-certified instructors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is Reformer Pilates good for?
Reformer Pilates helps build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and tone muscles. It also supports injury prevention, rehab, and overall body control through low-impact, resistance-based training.
Q: Where can I book Reformer Pilates classes in Toronto?
You can book Reformer Pilates classes at EZiPilates Fitness & Wellness, with two convenient North York locations:
-
245 Sheppard Ave W (Yonge & Sheppard)
-
1300 Don Mills Rd (Shops at Don Mills)

Q: How do I choose between Reformer Full Body Sculpt and Fusion Fit?
Consider your current goals and preferences. If you're dealing with pain, injury recovery, or want to focus on pelvic floor strength and proper alignment, Full Body Sculpt provides the therapeutic approach and controlled pace you need. If you want cardiovascular challenge, variety, and dynamic energy while still protecting your joints, Fusion Fit delivers that experience. You can also take both classes—many clients do Full Body Sculpt 1-2 times weekly for foundational strength and add Fusion Fit for cardio conditioning and variety.
Q: Do I need Pilates experience to join group classes?
No prior experience is necessary for either class. The small 4-client maximum allows your instructor to provide modifications and guidance for beginners while still challenging experienced practitioners. Full Body Sculpt's controlled pace makes it particularly accessible for complete beginners, while Fusion Fit welcomes beginners who have fitness experience from other modalities and want higher energy.
Q: How does the 5-client maximum work?
We cap online registration at 5 clients per session at our Sheppard studio. Once 5 spots are booked, the class is full. We never overbook or add extra clients. This operational commitment ensures you always receive the personalized attention that makes our group classes effective.
Q: What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear comfortable fitted clothing that allows full range of motion—leggings or shorts with a fitted top work well. We provide all equipment including Reformers and props. Many clients prefer grip socks for stability, though you can also work barefoot. Bring a water bottle and arrive a few minutes early to your first class.
Q: How does the Fusion Fit rotation schedule work?
Our online booking system shows which fusion specialty each Fusion Fit class features—Reformer + Barre, Reformer + Jumpboard, or Reformer + HIIT. The specialties rotate throughout the week, allowing you to choose specific combinations you prefer or experience all three for complete variety. Check the schedule when booking to see that session's specialty.
Q: I have back pain—which class should I take?
Reformer Full Body Sculpt specifically addresses back pain through core stabilization and controlled strengthening of the muscles that support your spine. The therapeutic focus and slower pace allow your instructor time to modify exercises and ensure proper form. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you're managing chronic pain.
Q: Can I take Fusion Fit if I have knee or joint issues?
Many clients with knee and joint issues successfully participate in Fusion Fit because the Reformer's spring system protects joints while providing cardiovascular challenge. The Jumpboard specialty, in particular, offers cardio intensity without the impact stress of traditional jumping. Your instructor will modify exercises and adjust spring resistance to keep your joints safe. If you're recovering from recent injury, Full Body Sculpt or Private Pilates Sessions might be more appropriate initially.
