These one-on-one sessions allow you to move safely, confidently, and efficiently with full instructor attention. Your first two private sessions are an Introductory Offer for $140 (regular $220), giving you a personalized start at exceptional value.

Our privates are not just Reformer sessions. Each session is a fully customized workout using the complete Pilates apparatus: Cadillac, Reformer with Spring Tower, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and all supporting props.

The Four Specializations

1. Beginner Private Sessions

What It Is

A gentle introduction to Pilates for those who are new to movement or returning after a long break. Your instructor guides you through Pilates fundamentals on the complete apparatus.

Benefits & Results

You'll learn proper Reformer fundamentals, build core strength and posture, and prevent injuries by mastering correct form from the beginning.

Who It's For

Anyone starting their Pilates journey wanting a safe, supportive, one-on-one environment away from the intimidation of group classes.

3. Prenatal & Postnatal Sessions

What It Is

Safe, supportive Pilates designed for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Modified for your changing body and specific trimester needs.

Benefits & Results

Strengthen deep core and pelvic floor, reduce back and hip discomfort, and support safe healing (including diastasis recti recovery).

Who It's For

Moms-to-be and new moms who want expert guidance through every stage of pregnancy and recovery.

2. Rehab Private Sessions

What It Is

A tailored session for clients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain. Using apparatus and modifications that support healing while rebuilding strength.

Benefits & Results

Address the root cause of pain, improve joint mobility, and muscle balance through targeted progressions without risking re-injury.

Who It's For

Clients post-injury, with back pain, joint issues, or needing specialized support from a fully certified instructor.

4. Personalized Pilates Privates

What It Is

A fully customized session for intensive, goal-focused programs. Your instructor designs sessions that push your capabilities while addressing specific objectives.

Benefits & Results

Develop stronger, leaner muscles, increase flexibility, and build higher endurance. Workout intensity is designed for you—not a class average.

Who It's For

Clients looking to elevate fitness at their own pace, athletes cross-training, or those preferring the efficiency of private training.

Why Full Apparatus Matters

Our private sessions use the complete Pilates apparatus, not just the Reformer. This distinction is critical because different equipment serves different purposes and allows for progression that single-apparatus training cannot provide.

The Cadillac

Offers overhead work and hanging exercises that decompress your spine and challenge your body in ways the Reformer cannot.

Ladder Barrel

Creates supported stretching and back extension work particularly valuable for spinal mobility.

The Spring Tower

Adds vertical resistance options to your workout, allowing for more targeted strength building.

Spine Corrector

Addresses postural issues and provides immediate feedback for proper alignment.

Stability Chair

Develops balance and unilateral strength through exercises that expose and correct side-to-side imbalances.

The Reformer

The foundational piece for movement, providing a sliding carriage with spring resistance for full-body integration.

"The full apparatus approach is what makes our private sessions truly customized rather than just one-on-one Reformer classes."

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Reformer Full Body Sculpt.

Q:  What's included in the $140 introductory offer?

You receive two full private sessions for $140, which is a $80 savings from the regular $220 cost. These sessions use the complete Pilates apparatus and are fully customized to your needs, goals, and experience level. This offer is available for new clients and gives you the opportunity to experience personalized training before committing to additional sessions.

Q:  How do I know which specialization is right for me?

If you're new to Pilates or returning after a long break, Beginner sessions provide the foundation you need. If you're recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic pain, Rehab sessions offer the specialized support your condition requires. Prenatal & Postnatal sessions are for pregnant clients and new mothers. Personalized Pilates Privates serve clients who don't fit the other three categories but want customized training for specific fitness goals. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you determine the best fit.

Q: What apparatus will I use during my session?

Your instructor will determine which apparatus serves your needs each session. You'll likely work on multiple pieces during a single session—perhaps starting on the Reformer, moving to the Cadillac for overhead work, then finishing with the Chair for balance challenges. The apparatus selection is based on your goals, limitations, and what your body needs that particular day. Over time, you'll experience the complete range of equipment.

Q: Can I transition from private sessions to group classes?

Absolutely. Many clients use private sessions to build foundational skills and confidence, then transition to our small group classes while continuing occasional privates for specific focus. Some clients maintain a combination—group classes for community and cost-effectiveness, supplemented with periodic privates for personalized progression. Your instructor can recommend the best approach for your goals and budget.

Q: How often should I schedule private sessions?

For Beginner sessions, starting with 1-2 times per week helps you build skills and strength efficiently. Rehab sessions frequency depends on your condition and healthcare provider's recommendations—some clients benefit from twice weekly sessions initially, tapering as they heal. Prenatal clients often attend weekly or bi-weekly depending on their trimester and energy levels. Personalized privates work on whatever schedule serves your goals, from weekly intensive training to monthly check-ins supplementing group class attendance.

Q: Do I need a referral from a doctor for Rehab sessions?

While not required, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before beginning exercise, particularly if you're recovering from surgery or injury. Your doctor can provide guidance on movements to avoid and ensure Pilates aligns with your overall treatment plan. Our instructors work within the scope of their Pilates certification and can coordinate with your healthcare team when appropriate.
