Eli (Elham)

Full Certified Pilates Instructor
EZiPilates Founder

Eli has a passion for helping her clients achieve their fitness goals, and get stronger, happier, and more balanced. She has fully immersed herself in teaching Pilates since 2014. She is fully certified in STOTT PILATES and also has certifications in:

  • Injuries and Special Populations (Rehabilitation)

  • Prenatal & Post-natal (Pregnancy)

She loves to practice with people who want to connect their minds and bodies.

Michelle

Full Certified Pilates Instructor

Michelle is a positive, fun and thoughtful person and carries these elements into her Pilates teaching style. She challenges everyone to find their best body movement, she encourages everyone to find their best mind connection. 

She is also a professional classical pianist that has suffered shoulder and neck pain for years. She always wanted to improve her posture but had no idea where to start. After taking private Pilates lessons for months she found herself changing and her thirst for knowledge had pushed her to take the STOTT Pilates instructor program to solve the body mystery, and she believes that Pilates would bring the same great result to her as the clients.

Pardis

Certified Pilates Instructor

Pardis, with a background in architecture and engineering management, brings a distinct perspective to Pilates, emphasizing structure and efficiency. Starting Pilates in 2018, Pardis discovered its benefits, appreciating its design tailored to all fitness levels.

With a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Engineering Management, Pardis approaches each session with precision and care. Outside of Pilates, as a CMAS 3-star scuba diver and canyoneering enthusiast, Pardis combines a love for adventure with a deep understanding of physical wellness.
