Eli has a passion for helping her clients achieve their fitness goals, and get stronger, happier, and more balanced. She has fully immersed herself in teaching Pilates since 2014. She is fully certified in STOTT PILATES and also has certifications in:

  • Injuries and Special Populations (Rehabilitation)

  • Prenatal & Post-natal (Pregnancy)

She loves to practice with people who want to connect their minds and bodies.

Sadaf

Certified Pilates Instructor

Sadaf is a passionate, Stott Certified Pilates instructor, with additional certification in Core Method. With expertise in Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and Mat Pilates, she integrates mindful movement and coordination challenges into her classes to strengthen the mind-body connection.
She takes a personalized approach with each client, prioritizing posture improvement and strength building. Her thoughtfully designed classes aim to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating a deeper awareness of the body and mind.
She feels grateful have a career that allows her to make a positive impact on others’ lives through movement.

Pardis

Certified Pilates Instructor

Pardis, with a background in architecture and engineering management, brings a distinct perspective to Pilates, emphasizing structure and efficiency. Starting Pilates in 2018, Pardis discovered its benefits, appreciating its design tailored to all fitness levels.

With a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Engineering Management, Pardis approaches each session with precision and care. Outside of Pilates, as a CMAS 3-star scuba diver and canyoneering enthusiast, Pardis combines a love for adventure with a deep understanding of physical wellness.

Romina

Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor

With a background as a competitive tennis player and a degree in psychology, Romina brings a unique blend of athletic experience, academic insight, and passion for wellness to her Pilates practice. Certified in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel at the advanced level through Merrithew, she combines her expertise with a love for helping clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Dedicated to a career in the athletic world, Romina finds purpose in guiding others on their wellness journey. Outside the studio, she enjoys running, outdoor adventures, and exploring the latest in fashion bringing a balanced and vibrant approach to life and movement.

It's been six months since I started practicing Pilates with Eli.
