Pardis, with a background in architecture and engineering management, brings a distinct perspective to Pilates, emphasizing structure and efficiency. Starting Pilates in 2018, Pardis discovered its benefits, appreciating its design tailored to all fitness levels.
With a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Engineering Management, Pardis approaches each session with precision and care. Outside of Pilates, as a CMAS 3-star scuba diver and canyoneering enthusiast, Pardis combines a love for adventure with a deep understanding of physical wellness.
Sadaf
Sadaf is a passionate and dedicated Stott Certified Pilates instructor, specializing in Reformer, Cadillac, chair , barrels, and mat. She fell in love with Pilates for the mind-body connection and strives to incorporate this into her classes through coordination challenges and mindful movements. She is committed to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals, improve their posture, and enhance their overall well-being through the art and practice of Pilates. Outside of Pilates, she enjoys walking, listening to podcasts, and playing with her Shihpoo dog. She feels blessed to have a job she loves, where she can help brighten people's days through movement. She look forward to guiding you on your pilates journey!

Shadi has background in Nutrition and Fitness, 15 years of experience in Aqua fitness and in 2017 she expanded her expertise, earning Stott Pilates certification. Shadi deeply dedicated to guiding clients through transformative experiences that foster happiness, confidence, and strength.
