Why Don’t We Exercise Above the Neck?
Meet EZiPilates-Face Yoga
We stretch, strengthen, tone, and condition almost every part of our body. But what about the face?
Our face is the part of our body that expresses our emotions, reflects our daily experiences, and can carry tension in the jaw, forehead, eyes, and neck.
We spend so much time focusing on fitness from the neck down—strengthening our core, improving posture, building flexibility, and creating better movement patterns. Yet we often forget that the face has muscles too.
When it comes to facial wellness and healthy aging, we are often presented with quick cosmetic solutions. But what if there were another way?

What Is Face Yoga?
Face Yoga is a structured exercise program designed specifically for the muscles of the face, neck, and jaw.
The human face contains more than 50 muscles that influence facial expressions, posture, and overall appearance. Like the muscles in the rest of the body, these muscles respond to regular movement, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is Face Yoga suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our classes are designed for beginners as well as experienced participants.
Q: How often should I practice?
For best results, we recommend practicing 10–20 minutes most days of the week and attending regular live classes.
Q: When will I notice results?
Some participants notice reduced tension after the first class. Visible improvements in muscle tone generally develop after several weeks of consistent practice.
Q: Can Face Yoga replace skincare?
No. Face Yoga works best alongside a healthy skincare routine, proper hydration, nutrition, sleep, and sun protection.
Q: Is Face Yoga safe?
Face Yoga is generally safe for most adults. If you have recently undergone facial surgery or cosmetic procedures, or have a medical condition affecting your face, consult your healthcare provider before participating.
Q: Do I need equipment?
No equipment is required. Just clean hands, a mirror, and a comfortable place to practice.
Q: Are classes online or in person?
Our Face Yoga classes are offered live online, allowing you to join from anywhere. Eligible memberships also include access to our on-demand video library so you can practice whenever it fits your schedule.
Q: Can Face Yoga help with TMJ or jaw tension?
Many people find that the gentle massage, stretching, relaxation, and jaw exercises used in Face Yoga help reduce facial and jaw tension while improving comfort and mobility. However, Face Yoga is not a treatment for TMJ disorders or other medical conditions. If you experience persistent jaw pain, clicking, or difficulty opening your mouth, consult your healthcare provider for an appropriate evaluation.
Q: Can I practice Face Yoga if I have Botox or dermal fillers?
In many cases, yes. However, if you have recently received Botox, dermal fillers, or other cosmetic treatments, it is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your treating practitioner before resuming Face Yoga. If you're unsure when it's safe to begin, consult your healthcare provider or cosmetic professional for personalized advice.
