Cancellation Policy
Face Yoga memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pilates Member Add-On ($39/month) is available only with an active Pilates package or membership. Membership includes 4 live Zoom classes per month + access to the Face Yoga video library. Unused classes do not roll over to the following month. Live classes must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class; late cancellations and no-shows count as a used class. Video library access is available only while the membership is active and may not be shared or distributed. Memberships renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date. Face Yoga is a wellness program and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
